Welcome to Arrowtown Newcomers and Locals Network

ABOUT US Arrowtown Newcomers and Locals Network is a new non-profit, volunteer organisation set up in March 2008 to assist people, new to Arrowtown to settle in to our community, and to provide opportunities to get to know others in the local community. We belong to Newcomers Network New Zealand which is also a non-profit, volunteer organisation which provides friendship and support among new residents of a particular area. Newcomers Network organises social activities, get-togethers and interest groups. In this way we give our members the opportunity to network, to integrate in their local community and to build up a good social life.

MEMBERSHIP Membership of Arrowtown Newcomers and Locals Network is open to anyone, particularly if you are new to the area, from overseas or from elsewhere in New Zealand. You are welcome, regardless of your age, your nationality, or the language you speak. Membership is free. You will only pay for activities participated in, if indeed there is a charge. As a member, you will receive regular updates about our activities and any new initiatives.
